Job Title: D365 CE and Power Platform Senior Developer
Location: Bangalore/ Coimbatore/ Hyderabad

Experience Level: 08-10 yearsJob Summary:As a D365 CE and Power Platform Sr Developer, responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) and Power Platform solutions. You will work with business leaders, IT teams, and stakeholders to develop enterprise-level CRM solutions that streamline operations, improve customer experiences, and meet the strategic goals of the organization. Your expertise will guide the integration of Power Platform components, such as Power Apps, Power Automate, with D365 CE, ensuring scalability, performance, and innovation.Key Responsibilities:

Develop and Design:

Design enterprise-level D365 CE solutions that meet business requirements, scalability, and performance criteria.

Develop and integrate Power Platform components (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Portal) into D365 CE to enable a seamless solution.

Collaborate with business leaders and stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into technology solutions.

Implementation and Development:

Lead technical teams through all stages of the D365 CE and Power Platform lifecycle, from requirement gathering and solution design to implementation, testing, and support.

Develop custom plugins, workflows, integrations, and UI customizations using the Dynamics SDK, JavaScript, C#, and Power Platform tools.

Work with Microsoft Azure and DevOps to establish CI/CD pipelines for deploying D365 CE and Power Platform solutions.

Integration and Data Migration:

Design and oversee data migration strategies and integrate D365 CE with external systems (ERP, e-commerce, legacy systems).

Use Power Automate, Azure Logic Apps, and other tools to build automation and integration solutions.

Ensure data integrity, synchronization, and consistency between D365 CE and external applications.

Security and Compliance:

Define and implement security policies, role-based access, and GDPR compliance across D365 CE and Power Platform solutions.

Work with IT and security teams to ensure the solution meets all security, privacy, and compliance requirements.

Optimization and Support:

Continuously optimize D365 CE and Power Platform environments for performance, scalability, and reliability.

Provide technical leadership and mentoring to internal teams and junior developers.

Support post-implementation troubleshooting, maintenance, and upgrades.Must Have:

Proven experience in Dynamics CRM, especially with the Sales, CSW, Marketing Module

Proven experience in Power Power Platform especially with Canvas Apps, PCF Control, Power Automate, Power Portal

Proficient in Azure integration using Customer API development.Qualifications:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Minimum of 8-10 years of experience working with Dynamics 365 CE (formerly Dynamics CRM) as senior developer role.

Strong experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Portal)

Proficiency in development tools: .NET, C#, JavaScript, SQL Server, Dynamics SDK, Azure services.

Experience with cloud architecture, especially Microsoft Azure, and deploying enterprise solutions.

Strong knowledge of data integration techniques (APIs, connectors, custom integrations).

Certifications in Dynamics 365 and Power Platform (preferred).

Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.Preferred Skills:

Experience with Power Virtual Agents and AI Builder.

Knowledge of Microsoft DevOps, Agile methodologies, and project management tools.

Hands-on experience in data migration from legacy systems to Dynamics 365 CE.

Knowledge of industry-specific solutions (e.g., healthcare, finance, retail).Soft Skills:

Strong communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.Proactive mindset and ability to drive innovative solutions.



Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
