<p>Mercer is seeking candidates for the following position based in the Noida office</p><p></p><p><b>Manager – Career Consulting Delivery(D2)</b></p><p></p><p><b>What can you expect?</b></p><p>Partner with Country Consultants and contribute to business through application of analytical techniques and methodologies on a range of projects across the Rewards service offering.</p><p></p><p><b>What is in it for you?</b></p><ul><li><span>Holidays (As Per the location)</span></li><li><span>Shared Transport (Provided the address falls in service zone)</span></li></ul><p></p><p><b>We will count on you for:</b></p><ul><li><span>Independently deliver rewards consulting projects across domains like job evaluation, grade design, salary structure design, compensation/benefits benchmarking, custom wage studies, etc. by working closely with country consultants</span></li><li><span>Demonstrates intellectual leadership and consistently tests final deliverables for completeness, relevance, and high impact against client issues and needs</span></li><li><span>Independently analyze clients' financial and compensation data versus market utilizing excel modelling skills. </span></li><li><span>Independently deliver client project work through research, analysis, applying relevant methodologies, attending client meetings and drafting reports</span></li><li><span>Research on public filings to gather financial data, develop peer groups to analyze client data and uses Mercer's in house technology to run reports and extract market data to use in production of analysis; may also research other areas at the request of country consultants</span></li><li><span>Independently deliver client presentations/ reports by using excel data and PowerPoint for review by country consultants</span></li><li><span>Develop and maintain good understanding of available publication reports</span> <span>Ensure that project execution in line with SLA requirements, timelines and quality standards and ensuring high levels of internal and external client satisfaction</span></li><li><span>Clearly define hypothesis from data and find inferences</span></li><li><span>Identify and analyze trends in client data and suggest solutions </span></li><li><span>Involve in peer review activities whenever required</span></li><li><span>Create and review process related SOPs for training purposes</span></li><li><span>Develop own and team’s capability through informal and formal learning opportunities</span></li><li><span>Participate and lead internal projects to improve talent, quality, service delivery and internal efficiency/effectiveness</span></li><li><span>Lead knowledge sessions to mentor new members of the team</span></li><li><span>Support the Hub Leader to hire appropriate resources </span></li><li><span>Support the Hub Leader in planning and executing short and long term plans for the development of the team</span></li></ul><p></p><p><b><span>Note: Applicants should be flexible working in shifts</span></b></p><p></p><p><b>What you need to have?</b></p><ul><li><span>Non MBA 7-10+ years of experience in Quantitative data analysis & excel OR MBA (HR) 5+ years of experience in Quantitative data analysis & excel</span></li><li><span>Knowledge of Rewards /HR domain concepts preferred</span></li><li><span>Basic knowledge of Statistics</span></li><li><span>Proficient in MS Word, Excel and Powerpoint</span></li><li><span>Strong verbal and written communication skills in English</span></li><li><span>Advance business communication skills including mail drafting, conference calls, etiquettes</span></li><li><span>Client centric mindset</span></li><li><span>Ability to work with multi-cultural teams/ clients</span></li><li><span>Good Team player</span></li><li><span>Analytical skills and the capacity to interpret qualitative and quantitative data</span></li><li><span>Capability to think, articulate and write logically</span></li><li><span>Aptitude and passion for problem solving and creative thinking with the ability to structure analyses and undertake them in a logical and efficient manner</span></li><li><span>Detail orientation and high quality outputs</span></li><li><span>Experience of working independently with no supervision</span></li><li><span>Demonstrated project management experience and the ability to effectively manage people</span></li><li><span>High level conceptual skills with the ability to rapidly learn new material and apply learning in a practical context to solve client problems</span></li><li><span>Able to operate effectively in ambiguous situations with limited supervision, to multitask and to manage the pressure of competing deadlines without becoming unduly stressed</span></li></ul><p></p><p><b><span>What makes you stand out?</span></b></p><ul><li><span>Independent and a self-starter with Client focused mindset;
