Job Description

Job Summary
• The Cybersecurity Governance focus specializes in developing and executing security controls, defenses and countermeasures to prevent attacks or attempts to infiltrate firm email, data, e-commerce and web-based systems. Administers policies to control physical/virtual access to systems. Performs tests to ensure policy compliance; responds to breaches and threats.
Responsibilities
Identity Governance and Administration (IGA):


  • Lead the implementation and management of the IGA platform, ensuring seamless integration with business processes.
  • Develop and enforce policies and procedures for identity lifecycle management, including onboarding, offboarding, and access management process.
  • Drive continuous improvement in identity and access management (IAM) processes to meet compliance and regulatory requirements.

Active Directory Security:


  • Manage and secure AD infrastructure, ensuring adherence to best practices for authentication, authorization, and auditing.
  • Implement AD hardening measures, including privilege escalation prevention, Group Policy enforcement, and regular vulnerability assessments.
  • Collaborate with IT and cybersecurity teams to mitigate AD-related risks and improve overall directory service health.

DNS Hygiene and Governance:


  • Oversee DNS hygiene initiatives, ensuring records are up-to-date, accurate, and aligned with organizational security standards.
  • Develop and implement a long-term governance framework to maintain DNS integrity and reduce potential attack surfaces.
  • Work closely with infrastructure and security teams to proactively address DNS vulnerabilities.

Education & Experience Recommended
• Four-year or Graduate Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or any other related discipline or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence.
• Typically has 10+ years of job-related experience or 8-10 years of management experience, preferably in cyber & IT security, or a related field.
