Customer Support Representative L1
Location:
Trichy (Work From Office)
Experience:
0-2 years
Salary Range:
₹1.7 LPA to ₹2.4 LPA
Notice Period:
Immediate to 15 days
Main Responsibilities:
Respond to customer inquiries and complaints through various communication channels.
Communicate effectively in
English
and at least one local language (
Hindi, Urdu, Bengali
).
Provide basic technical support and troubleshoot customer issues.
Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions.
Ensure timely resolution of issues, adhering to service level agreements.
Prioritize and manage tasks effectively in a fast-paced, 24/7 environment.
Collaborate with other teams to escalate and resolve complex issues.
Essential Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in any discipline or equivalent experience.
International call handling experience is a plus.
0-2 years of experience in a customer support or call handling role.
Skills Required:
Proficiency in English and one or more local languages (Hindi, Urdu, Bengali).
Basic technical knowledge with the ability to learn quickly.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to handle customer concerns efficiently.
Ability to work effectively under pressure and in rotational shifts.
Attention to detail with excellent time management.
Customer-focused attitude and the ability to build rapport with diverse clients.
