Job Title: Customer Success Manager (MENA)

Experience: 2+ years in Customer Success, Account Management, or Strategy (SaaS experience preferred)

Develop a deep understanding of the product suite and its applications for clients.
Manage onboarding processes and coordinate with internal and external teams to ensure a smooth transition for merchants.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, helping them enhance their operational and business performance.
Collaborate with Customer Support to resolve issues, identify recurring patterns, and reduce
Work closely with client stakeholders, including IT, Marketing, and Operations, to address their business requirements effectively.
Analyze feature requests and collaborate with internal teams to enhance client satisfaction and product usability.
Drive process improvements by identifying areas for streamlining internal operations, documentation, and knowledge sharing.
Ideal Candidate:
2+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Relationship Management (SaaS preferred).
Passionate about delivering customer success, advocating for clients, and driving long-term value.
Strong interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Analytical mindset with the ability to quickly grasp new tools, products, and technology.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, GSuite, and related tools.
Nice to have: Experience in fast-paced environments, F&B ecosystem knowledge, API integrations, or tools like GitHub, Postman, and Kibana.
