Summary: As a Customer Service Representative, you will provide functional, technical, or administrative support to resolve customer problems and queries. You will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining a positive customer experience. Your typical day will involve addressing customer inquiries, troubleshooting technical issues, and providing timely and accurate solutions. You will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to escalate and resolve complex customer issues, ensuring a high level of customer service. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work-related problems.
- Assist customers in resolving their queries and issues.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to customers.
- Ensure timely and accurate resolution of customer problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to escalate and resolve complex customer issues.
- Maintain a high level of customer service and satisfaction.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and provide recommendations.
- Stay updated with product knowledge and industry trends to better assist customers. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Enterprise Network Operations.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with network troubleshooting and configuration.
- Strong understanding of network protocols and technologies.
- Knowledge of network security principles and best practices.
- Experience with network monitoring and performance optimization.
- Familiarity with network hardware and software components. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in Enterprise Network Operations.
- This position is based at our Chennai office.
