Job Description

  • Handling the incoming and outgoing calls.
  • Understanding the purpose of the call and handling the call to the concerned person.
  • Maintaining the reports on a daily basis.
  • Cross checking the inquiries in the CRM and ensuring all the calls are connected to the clients.
  • To ensure the Call back calls are connected in the specified time.
  • Maintaining the decorum in the telephone department.
