Role Summary:
The Site in charge shall organize and coordinate the day-to-day activities of the operations and maintenance personnel, establish priorities for production, repair work and projects, plan and schedule outage work and provide technical guidance, provide direction during unusual operations, repair problems, or system upsets.
The site in charge will conduct or participate in studies to improve the plant operations, maintenance, or equipment and will monitor the effectiveness of plant manuals and procedures, instituting changes or additions, as required. The site In charge will also oversee the training of operations and maintenance personnel, ensuring the availability of promotable people, the plant's readiness to meet emergency or unusual situations, and safe and efficient day-to-day operations.

Self-motivated and team player
The candidate should possess Hands on experience in Sea water Desalination plant
operation and maintenance. ( SWRO, SUF, PUF and HRSCC)

Education: B.E. Mechanical/ Chemical/ M.Sc. Chemistry

Candidate will be deputed to Tuni, Andhra Pradesh location.
