Ensure the right customer protocol is used in the process.
To Improve customer service experience, create engaged customers.
Responsible for customers issues and follow problems through to resolution.
To ensure test method to be used and laboratory has the capability and resources to meet the requirement of customer.
To maintain record pertaining to the discussion with a customer relating to the customer’s requirements as a result of the work during the period of execution of work.
To communicate and seek confirmation from customers if any work is to be subcontracted by the laboratory.
Control resources and utilize assets to achieve qualitative and quantitative targets.
To keep customers updated on the progress of the job and inform them of any deviation from the contract.
To follow up with operations for work and update them in case changes request of customer.
Continuous review of customer service standards & make recommendations/take follow-up actions as required.
Ensuring a positive relationship with customers to deliver results.
Seek customer feedback and forward complaints if received to Technical Manager
