Principal Responsibilities
1. Supporting LAS facility set up, renewal, enhancement etc. related documentation
2. Engagement with customers and internal stakeholders for various transactional and operational requirements
3. Support with query resolutions (pre & post disbursal)
4. Client Servicing (SOAs, MVRs, Debit Notes, Timely Intimation of monthly/quarterly interest payable)
5. Manage Client complaints/queries (if any) & provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
6. Supporting RMs with relevant client data
7. Completing combined welcome call and one time disbursement call for the new and existing clients
8. Any further responsibilities will be added as per business need basis time to time review of roles & responsibilities
