Skills & Qualifications:
Experience: 6 months to 3 years in customer service or a related field.
Accounting Knowledge: Understanding of basic accounting principles.
Proficiency in Excel: Comfortable working with data and reports.
English Communication Skills: Must have strong written and verbal communication skills, as you will be dealing with US clients.
