Customer Project Manager (MP-CG)


The purpose of this exciting Customer Project Manager West role is to manage customer-facing projects mainly for imaging systems (DXR, CT, MRI & IGT) and will be accountable for achieving project objectives. The incumbent would be responsible for meeting time/budget requirements and all project resources in accordance with guidelines in order to realize the desired business goals and deliver on customer expectations.


This role also acts as an advisor during acquisition phase as a counterpart of the Business Development Manager and prepares the project plan, ensures internal/external resources, manages execution and controls budget, timeline and risks.


This is a Field Role covers West of India (Rajasthan, Gujarat, Maharashtra, Madhya Pradesh, Goa, Chattisgarh)


Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customer’s locations.



Your role:


You are a part of a Health Care Imaging Operations Project Management team who are expected to work to the highest standards to ensure world class service is delivered to our customer base whilst ensuring Quality & Regulatory standards are adhered too, in this heavily regulated industry. You will be closely working with Sales, Service teams in the district as well as the order management team.


You are reporting to the District Leader Projects – West


  • During the presales phase to assess the customer site, agreeing project scope, project risk & timelines, technical project feasibility, pre-calculation of project cost
  • Agreeing the project objectives and formulating the project plan, in consultation with management and other parties concerned on basis of the customer contract.
  • Organizing the internal and external resources to be used (quality, time, budget and information) and specify the quality standard in the processes. Includes engaging with Market procurement for quotes / orders from external suppliers.
  • Define the risks (technical and commercial) of the project and develop mitigation plans  to overcome these risks.
  • Direct employees and give them operational guidance regarding content and organization. Manage external resources (e.g. sub-contractors).
  • Implementation and realization according to the project plan or validated project order in terms of quality, money, time, information, organization and final customer acceptance.
  • Driving compliance to applicable regulations (Q&R/ H&S) by own organization, third parties and partners in the project
  • Control the project budget and project progress, evaluate all change requests as to feasibility, costs/benefits and added value, take corrective action when necessary and generate adequate reporting to internal and external stakeholders
  • Provide a feedback loop on post-project execution.


You're the right fit if:


  • You have Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering.
  • At least 5 years of experience in the related field with specific knowledge of the medical/hospitality field and civil works.
  • Basic knowledge of planning methods and estimation techniques (resource, time and risk)
  • Functional knowledge of the products and standard systems.
  • Knowledge of Health & Safety standards
  • Knowledge of quality and compliance requirements
  • Have commercial and contractual experience in order to understand the project deliverable objectives, ensuring that the project delivered in line with contractual obligations.
  • Basic understanding of margin management
  • Good Communication skills for managing relations with operational representatives of customers. Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills.
  • Experience in resolution of contractual disputes.

We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week.
Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities.
