Overview


The Customer Marketing team develops the channel strategy across the buyer’s journey to enable execution of campaigns against key objectives and business goals. Labcorp is seeking a Customer Marketing Associate Manager for the Women’s Health & Genetics business who will drive campaign execution and delivery. The successful candidate will focus on orchestrating the execution of our integrated marketing campaigns and initiatives, assisting in agency communications and ensuring our sales teams are enabled with the right tools to effectively leverage our marketing programs.


Roles and Responsibilities:


  • Collaborate with the Product Management teams to understand business goals and strategies, market sizing and product positioning
  • Coordinate with the Customer Marketing team to design, execute and deliver on campaign plans that support business strategies. Key responsibilities include:
    • Orchestrate execution of campaign plans (including asset development and delivery) to ensure alignment with marketing plan
    • Lead tactic sequencing and prioritization, project management and coordination with extended internal and external team members (e.g. content, digital, agency)
    • Lead recurring meeting cadence with cross-functional team to ensure timely and on-target execution of campaigns
    • Manage annual marketing plan calendar
    • Aggregate and analyze campaign performance data and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) and insights to drive optimization and maximize campaign effectiveness
    • Ensure delivery of the brand experience, voice and visuals across all marketing channels

Requirements:


  • 5+ years marketing experience mandatory within healthcare industry
  • Experience in women’s health and/or genetics is preferred, but not a mandatory requirement
  • Bachelor’s degree in science or engineering
  • Proven results with marketing campaign planning, development and implementation through multi-channel approaches (digital, social, print, email, webinars and face-to-face events, etc.)
    • Knowledge of account-based marketing (ABM)
    • Expertise in channel strategy
    • Understanding of the healthcare provider audience and the customer journey to enable strategic campaign support
  • Strong understanding and background in Workfront or other project management tools a must
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and analytical skills
  • Effective communicator
  • Able to work through a highly matrixed organization and manage multiple projects at one time
  • Open to working across time zones
