The Impact You’ll Make in this Role
As a Solventum IT Customer Facing QTM Tester, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by:

• Orchestrating and executing platform quality, test, and validation plans across the group’s portfolio in accordance with Solventum standards and operating procedures.
• Participate in the planning and execution of:
  • System Integration Testing (SIT)
  • End-to-End Testing (E2E)
  • User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
  • Regression Testing
• Working closely with Solventum QTM leadership to coordinate timelines, deliverables, tools, and compliance.
• Communicating with appropriate urgency and transparency status on progress, issues, and plans.

Your Skills and Expertise 
To set you up for success in this role from day one, Solventum requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher from an accredited university
• Three (3) years of working experience in digital customer experience development in a private, public, government or military environment.
• Three (3) years of experience as a Quality Tester

Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:

• Command of industry standard quality frameworks, and tools e.g. Life Sciences Validation, GAMP 5, Tricentis qTest, Requirements traceability
• Understanding of Marketing Technology capabilities and processes, including:
  • B2B eCommerce
  • Content Management Solutions (CMS)
  • Product Information Management (PIM)
  • Digital Asset Management (DAM)
• Familiarity with:
  • Customer Experience Management (CX)
  • Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems such as SAP S/4 HANA
• Experience with Agile Methodology

Work location: Choose 1:

• Hybrid Eligible (Job Duties allow for some remote work but require travel to Bangalore at least 2 days per week)
