Review accounting documents, identify errors and provide solution Guides and supports Operations proactively (Continuous Improvement Process CIP, Standardization)
Good knowledge of MS Office applications (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint) Accounting/ usage of Digital Tools.
Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
Bachelor's Degree in any discipline
