Job Description
- Excellent communication skill in English is mandatory.
- High customer-centrist mindset.
- Review accounting documents, identify errors and provide solution
- Guides and supports Operations proactively (Continuous Improvement Process CIP, Standardization)
- Good knowledge of MS Office applications (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint) Accounting/ usage of Digital Tools.
- Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
- Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in any discipline
