Learn more at experianplc.comJob DescriptionYou will be #LI-hybrid based in Hyderabad and reporting to Consumer Services ManagerYou will coordinate daily operations and administer company policies through your team.You will assign work, monitor progress, provide training, and offer technical guidance on complex issues.You may provide input on staffing, terminations, performance reviews, and scheduling.You will oversee consumer databases, ensuring daily goals are met and maintaining data integrity.You will handle public record transactions and respond to escalated consumer issues, providing support to internal departments.You will manage daily workflow, allocate resources, and develop employee schedules.You will coach and motivate staff, provide guidance during changing business conditions.You will monitor compliance and performance metrics, ensuring accurate reporting.You will implement staff incentive programs and may recommend improvements to senior management.You will organize staff meetings to discuss performance, recognition, and information exchange.QualificationsBachelor's degree OR Equivalent ExperienceOverall 10+yrs of ExperienceStrong experience in call center environment2-4 years managing and motivating teamsStrong knowledge of call center operationsStrong knowledge of federal and state regulations regarding credit reportingExperience interpreting and responding to customer questions and requests skillsGood project management skillsGood coaching and developing skillsStrong change management skillsAdditional InformationOur uniqueness is that we celebrate yours.
