Customer Care Executive needed for a Kids Gym, Pre School and DayCare in Noida- 201309

Job Title: Customer Care Executive
Location: Noida
Customer Relationship

Inbound/Outbound calls

Parent engagement

Target Oriented

Team handling

Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications

Should be proficient in communication

Ability to develop good relationships with parents, children and colleagues

Ability to self - evaluate learning needs and actively seek learning opportunities

Should have experience in similar role for 3-5 years

Candidates preferred from nearby locations in Sector 62, Noida only 

Work Timings : Mon to Friday 10:00 to 7:00 and weekends 9:30 to 6:30. with 1 off in the weekdays
Salary: 20k to 25k per month

Joining: Immediate
