GENERAL PURPOSE

In this job role, you will be responsible and accountable for return order management by primarily working with the DWR sales team and carriers. Further in this role, one needs to provide timely resolution for the return/exchange orders to achieve the effective return of our products and refunds to our customers to achieve customer satisfaction.


RESPONSIBILITIES


  • Effectively communicates, responds and resolves assigned returns cases in Salesforce.com within our department’s 24-hour SLA.
  • Ensures a timely resolution of related service issues.
  • Identify and resolve issues arising during the order entry process
  • Respond to orders/order-related queries within the specified time frame.
  • Ability to read and understand cases before proceeding with the return order.
  • Adopt changes and use effective ways of communication for fast solutions.
  • Works with carriers, studio associates and customers to arrange for the prompt return of company assets.
  • Proficient utilization of systems such as Salesforce.com, Oracle NetSuite, MS Office, and carrier programs to ensure faster customer refunds/exchanges.
  • Other duties and reports as assigned by management.
EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION/EXPERIENCE
  • Bachelor’s degree in any field with a minimum of 3 to 4 years of return order management experience preferred.

SKILLS AND ABILITIES


  • Must have the ability to work in a tactful, yet firm, professional manner with internal and external customers.
  • Must have excellent communication and written skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities at once, demonstrating a sense of urgency to meet deadlines.
  • Personal computer proficiency with prior knowledge in MS Office products, Google products and Salesforce preferred. 
  • Good interpersonal and organizational skills.
  • Experience working in sales force and SAP/Oracle/related applications for order entry/modification.
  • Ability to work any given shift including night shift.
  • Available for work from the Bangalore office on any given schedule.
