Role Objective:
Perform work related toMaster Data Maintenance in Accounts Receivable, (creating new customers, maintenance, pricing maintenance)
Role Description and Key Responsibilities:
Create Customers in the Customer Master file system
Maintain and change customer master data in the system
Upload excel pricing files into the system
Handle customer queries emanating from emails about change of address, phone, email etc
Keep Sales Team informed of new accounts opened (weekly, pricing updated)
Develop good working relationships with all stakeholders.
Ad hoc tasks as required in relation to the AR function.
Required Education, Experience and Job-Related Skills:
Minimum 1-2 years experience in an Accounts Receivable or Payables master data is preferable but not essential
Working in a team
Good email communication skills
Demonstrates initiative, accountability and ownership
Strong attention to detail, accuracy and highly organised
Strong focus on customer service ‘Customer First’ and process improvement
Good MS Excel skills
Proven ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
Systems Experience: SAP, Excel, Microsoft office applications preferable but not essential
