As a Custody Support Analyst in the Wealth Management Solutions team you will support the IPB (International Private Bank)  Custody team in daily operations, ad-hoc projects, and ensure the team operates smoothly.


Job Responsibilities:


  • Assist Custody Managers in delivering solutions to clients and prospects.
  • Develop and maintain materials and pitchbooks for meetings and client use.
  • Collaborate with experienced financial services professionals.
  • Support miscellaneous projects as needed
  • Review and approve custody fee exception requests promptly
  • Contribute to region-wide thought leadership articles on custody solutions.
  • Assist in preparing presentation decks on Asset Servicing, Safekeeping, Securities Settlement, and financial reporting.

Required qualifications, capabilities and skills


  • 2+ years of experience in financial services, in Banking or Wealth Management.
  • Foundational knowledge of the Security Services Industry, including trade lifecycle, safekeeping and asset servicing.
  • Strong attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills to communicate problems and solutions 
  • Dedication to fostering an inclusive culture and value diverse perspectives

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and comfortable working with senior stakeholders
  • Influencing skills to manage a variety of stakeholders from different functions
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Dedication to fostering an inclusive culture and value diverse perspectives
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; knowledge of Tableau, Python, and/or Alteryx is a plus
