State Street’s Global Product organisation is leading an exciting period of transformation for the business  and is recruiting for a Senior Manager in the Custody - Product Control space to join the team and help take the business forward by developing and providing analytics and reporting to support key initiatives and inform decisions.

What you will be responsible for


As Custody Product Control Senior Manager you will


  • P&L and commercials analysis on Custody business line
  • Data sourcing on various business metrics and financial reporting
  • Development of the Product Platform to build BI tools covering Transaction analytics, AuC trends, pricing model and predictive analytics.
  • Work across functions and finance teams to understand business impacts of AuC and transaction trends, Sales pipeline and targets.
  • Assist in the function’s management responsibilities covering People initiatives, Strategy, and Management Reporting.

What we value


These skills will help you succeed in this role


  • Finance or Product P&L management background
  • Data management / data visualisation techniques (PowerBI, Tableau, Alteryx, SQL query)
  • Good understanding of the Custody family of products; Global Custody, Direct Custody and associated FX and Cash products
  • Strong analytical and presentation skills, using MS Office suite.
  • Good stakeholder management skills with an ability to navigate organisation through the solution delivery cycle.
  • Track record of solving data integration challenges across complex and at scale data sets

Experience


  • 8+ years’ experience in Asset Servicing / Securities Services
  • Worked in Product organisations in prior roles.
  • Prior experience working in Product / Finance / Treasury / Controller.
  • Strong team player who can thrive in a large complex global organization.
