We are seeking a skilled CTICU Staff Nurse to join our team in the hospitality industry. The ideal candidate will have 4-5 years of work experience in a similar role and will be responsible for providing high-quality care to patients in the Cardiac Thoracic Intensive Care Unit.
Responsibilities:
. Monitor and assess patients in the CTICU
. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
. Collaborate with the healthcare team to create and implement care plans
. Educate patients and their families on post-operative care and recovery
. Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
. Adhere to all hospital and industry regulations and protocols
Requirements:
- Proven work experience as a CTICU Staff Nurse or similar role
- Valid nursing license
- Strong knowledge of cardiac and thoracic care
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment
