About the role Location: Mumbai
Reporting To; Assistant Manager- Customer Service
The role will require Handling overall activity of Mumbai W/H, create GRN for inbound stocks.
Key responsibilities
- Invoicing/dispatch to customers basis plans received from central CS team.
- Coordinate for Labelling / Repacking activities in warehouse adhering to food safety compliance.
- Work on open order line (Domestic Orders) and share accurate material available date with customer within 3 days of order received.
- Improve customer service experience, engage with the customer [internal /external] and facilitate growth with satisfaction.
- Inventory planning at 3PL
- Analyse Inventory and facilitate smooth flow of dispatches in meeting customer requirements.
- Analyse and compile reports [Review Transporter MIS , Logistics matrix, Stock reconcilations, MIS , Transporter Bills réconciliations, submission to APAC team ]
- Interact with central team (Supply planning / Customer Service / EXIM) and ensure customer requirement is met.
- Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
- Take the extra mile to engage customers & manage large amounts of incoming phone calls
- Maintenance of records and documents related to Inbound / Outbound.
- Liaison with Logistics partners, scheduling deployment of vehicles, couriers, containers with adherence to compliances under Food Safety and FSSAI.
Qualifications and skills Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- Working experience in Customer Services/ Warehouse Management / Logistics for minimum 5 Years and above.
- Strong client facing attitude with excellent communication skills [ written and verbal proficiency in English must].
- Working knowledge in SAP/ Salesforce.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- Comprehensive understanding on Supply Chain process and challenges.
- Graduate – BSc / BE (Science /Chemical)
