Role: CRMA Developer (SalesForce-BI Analytics)

We are seeking an experienced and diligent CRMA Developer (BI Developer) to join our diverse team. As a CRMA Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining business intelligence solutions, transforming raw data into meaningful insights to aid business decision-making. The ideal candidate will have solid experience in data modelling, data analysis, and reporting, along with the ability to collaborate with business collaborators to deliver actionable data insights. What will you be doing?
- BI Solution Development: Design and develop BI solutions using CRMA
- Data Integration & ETL: Work with data integration and ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes, ensuring data is accurately pulled from various sources and transformed as per business requirements.
- Data Modelling: Design and implement data models, including logical and physical data models, to facilitate efficient reporting and analytics.
- Reporting & Dashboard Creation: Build interactive dashboards and reports to visualize key business metrics and KPIs (Key Performance Indicators).
- Database Management: Develop SQL queries, stored procedures, and scripts for data extraction, transformation, and loading.
- Collaboration: Work closely with business analysts, customers, and other groups to understand data requirements and translate business needs into technical solutions.
- Performance Optimization: Continuously monitor and improve the performance of BI systems and reporting tools.
- Solve & Support: Provide ongoing support for BI applications and solve issues related to data, reports, and dashboards.
- Data Quality Assurance: Ensure the accuracy, integrity, and quality of data used in BI solutions.
- Documentation & Training: Document BI processes and procedures and deliver training to end-users on BI tools and reports.
What will you need to be successful?
- Education: Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, data science, or a related field.
- Proven 7+ years of experience as a BI Developer, Data Analyst, or similar role in data analysis and reporting.
- Solid experience with BI tools such as CRMA, Power BI, Tableau, or QlikView.
- Proficiency in SQL and database management systems (e.g., MS SQL Server, Oracle, MySQL).
- Experience with data modeling and data warehousing concepts.
- Familiarity with ETL processes and tools (e.g., SSIS, Talend, Informatica, MuleSoft).
- Knowledge of data visualization standard methodologies.
- Experience with cloud-based BI tools (e.g., Azure, AWS).
- Knowledge of scripting languages such as Python or R.
- Familiarity with machine learning or predictive analytics.
