Take over a key role as a CRM Executive inthe Marketing department and be a part of this exciting adventure of never-ending growth and success. 
 


What we expect from you:


  • Execute and oversee email and WhatsApp campaigns, ensuring quality and analyzing results
  • Manage automated customer journeys and oversee discount/credit uploads in the CRM system
  • Plan and review organic social media content to ensure brand consistency and engagement
  • Oversee influencer campaigns on TikTok and Instagram, managing relationships for maximum impact
  • Coordinate with internal teams to enhance campaign effectiveness
  • Lead partnership deliverables, evaluating renewals and identifying new opportunities
  • Develop branded materials (e.g., uniforms, promotional items) in collaboration with design teams
  • Manage video production projects from ideation to execution, ensuring high-quality output
  • Support content requests for app/web updates and business development initiatives
  • Analyze customer data to improve CRM strategies, ensuring efficient execution and process optimization
  • Take ownership of CRM initiatives, proactively identifying areas for improvement and growth


What we are looking for:


  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, engineering, business, or a related field
  • 3+ years experience in marketing communications, with a strong background in CRM campaign execution, brand strategy development, and customer engagement
  • Strong and hands-on experience with CRM platforms, campaign automation, and data-driven decision-making
  • Ability to interpret and leverage customer data to optimize marketing strategies
  • Passion for optimizing CRM as a key marketing channel and implementing creative engagement strategies
  • Ability to identify and troubleshoot issues, providing clear and actionable feedback
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to ensure testing thoroughness
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and within a team to meet project goals
