Short Description Responsible to work independently to complete specific tasks  in a process or a project. Flair to learn, adapt and implement is a must.
Job Responsibilities - Complete assigned tasks and responsibilities in a timely and efficient manner
- Review the complex approval packages and Underwriting documents to perform annual review of clients
- Frequently follow up with the Underwriters/Business Partners on the missing documents or required information to complete the BAU activities, manage exceptions and escalate timely if and when required.
- Collaborate with other team members to achieve Business goals and contribute to initiatives to help improve team performance and processes
- Meet and exceed the turnaround time and accuracy rate as per the specified target, Have an eye for details
- Ensure adherence to the quality control standards that have been set for the process
- Take part in organization's initiatives to make the best out of the opportunities presented and be a part of JPMC's inclusive culture
Eligibility Requirements Required Qualification, skills and capabilities
- You should be open to work in shifts
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well in a team environment and collaborate effectively with others
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
- Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities and deadlines
Preferred Qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce/Accounting
- 1-2 years of experience preferably in Banking/Financial Institution/Loan Operations/Underwriting
- Comfortable with using Microsoft Office tools specially Excel and Word
- Self motivated to ensure high morale during stressful times
