Job DescriptionLocation:
Brand Strategy and Development -
Collaborate with clients to understand their brand identity, goals, and target audience.
Develop comprehensive brand strategies that resonate across all digital and traditional platforms.
Conceptualise, script, and produce short and long-format video content that aligns with brand strategies and objectives.
Create compelling pitch propositions via enhanced storytelling.
Oversee the production process from ideation to final execution, ensuring high-quality outputs.
Conduct thorough market research to gather relevant data and insights.
Translate research findings into actionable ideas and innovative content strategies.
Campaign Management -
Lead the creative direction and execution of large-scale brand campaigns, ensuring consistency and impact.
Manage smaller, tactical campaigns with agility and creativity, optimizing for engagement and results.
Stay updated with platform trends and best practices to maximize reach and impact.
Work closely with the various stakeholders to ensure cohesive and efficient project execution.
Build insight and research-driven content strategy basis brand briefs.
Work closely with the business teams on all creative/commercial aspects of the proposal to ensure successful closure.
Flesh Ideas into detailed concept notes and pitch presentations.
Lead client presentations and manage client expectations at various stages of the project.
Supervise and drive all stages of video content production. (Concept development, production planning, Influencer on-boarding, shoot, post-production planning, final deliveries)
Identifying and recommending external talent.
Follow global and Indian content trends.
Prepare post-campaign evaluation presentation.
Team Management
Supervising team members on a daily basis.
Hiring, coaching, and mentoring team.
Resolving issues as they arise.
Educational Qualifications Required
Bachelor’s or Post Graduate Degree in Mass Media or a related field
Relevant Experience
10 years prior experience in creating branded Content in Video.
