Job Description

The Creative Direction Lead for Amazon Fashion will work on the conceptualization and execution of all visual creative content for Amazon Fashion, from initial design concepts to final on site execution. This covers the entire gamut of on site communication with the customer. S/he will co-own and be responsible for the visual identity of Amazon Fashion. S/he will define the visual language, create design concepts for each season, work on photo shoots to create the necessary imagery and finally create the graphics that will be the store front for Amazon Fashion to the customers. This is a fast-paced role with an abundance of creative freedom. A creative powerhouse with a strategic mindset and endless creative energy are all key to being successful in this role.

Key job responsibilities
We are looking for a Creative Lead to produce and oversee creative design solutions for A.in Fashion & Beauty. To be successful in this role, the candidate should have in-depth knowledge of graphic design, styles and layout techniques. They should also have experience executing creative design projects from conception to production, including UI/UX, mobile & website design, print & packaging, etc. Ultimately, they should ensure the design team promotes our brand through delivering high quality pieces on tight deadlines.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee all design projects, from conception to delivery
- Create design style guides and original graphics for any small- and large-scale A.in projects
- Plan and coordinate shoots as per project requirements
- Review junior designers’ work to ensure high quality output
- Generate ideas to deliver as propositions as per the brief
- Continuously enhance & improve customer experience on A.in Fashion & Beauty through design
- Maintain brand consistency throughout all our projects
- Liaise with marketing, category and creative teams to ensure deadlines are met
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and tools
- Track metrics and data to continuously improve on creative projects
- 3+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience
- Experience managing teams
- Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
- Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables)
- Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional marketing programs
- Experience working with multiple stakeholders at various levels and in different locales to drive alignment
- Experience using data and metrics to measure impact and determine improvements
- Experience with CRM tools and systems that can be leveraged to drive customer engagement - including but not limited to Adobe, Salesforce, Unica, Marketo, Exact Target, Braze, etc.
- Experience building, executing and scaling digital programmatic campaigns from concept to completion
