Responsibilities:
Customer Quality -
Make Analysis report of customer and market problem, get the analysis done and ensure timely submission of report to customer.
Customer rejection data Daily & their cost monthly work to reduce.
Monitor customer rating of responsible customers on regular basis & summarize for Management.
Ensure timely completion of the quality & customer improvement activities.
Market claim part analysis and ensure timelysubmission of report.
Verify the monthly report submitted to customer and ensure timelysubmission of reports.
Face customer audit as leader & confirm timely closure of MOM.
AIPP/Carv follow-up within team and customer end for timely implementation.
S evaluation data/New Model Data verification and presentation at new model development meeting.
New Parts Development implementation, part development with Quality Guarantee.
Experience: 5-6 Years
Skills:
Knowledge of different child part manufacturing process i.e., Casting, Sheet Metal, Moulding
Good Analytical skills.
Good Knowledge of Casting
Qualification: Bachelor’s in Mechanical Engineering
