Job Description:


The Chip Package System Enablement (CPSE) organization is responsible for providing tools, methodologies, and support to engineering teams to enable system product development across the company. As part of the CPSE organization, the intern will assist in developing new design flows, streamlining the existing design process, and creating automated methodology to enhance overall efficiency of the Co-Design system implementation process. This internship provide an exposure to industry standard system-level heterogenous design and verification tools such as Virtuoso-RF, Allegro and Calibre-3DSTACK and an opportunity to collaborate with experienced engineers to solve Co-Design challenges. 


Key Responsibilities:


  • Assist in the development of an in-house solution for Co-Design implementation flow.
  • Help evaluating a third-party EDA tool features to improve productivity.
  • Collaborate with senior engineers in troubleshooting and problem-solving efforts to enhance the co-design process
  • Assist in automating design implementation tasks using Cadence SKILL, TCL, and Python.
  • Help with design flow documentation
