Your Focus
As Customer Service Executive based out of Gurugram, India, you will be responsible for managing Ensuring customer order processing, Customer coordination and other related order management task. Provide excellent service, collaborate with team members, and ensure customer satisfaction.
The role reports to Sales Lead- North (Distribution).

How you will contribute


  • Manage customer orders.


  • Ensuring customer order processing timely ( error free )


  • Customer coordination and other related order management task.


  • Process a credit note or a debit note related to a sales order or customer complaint


  • Coordinate customer complaints and service cases related to a sales order


  • Respond to customer’s inquiry in a timely and accurate manner


  • Build a strong partnership with internal and external stakeholders


  • Drive continuous process improvement and KPIs in Order to Cash process


  • Support internal/external stakeholder as needed.


What you will need to be successful


  • Relevant experience in Customer Service and similar roles of 7-12 Years.


  • Sound working knowledge of Microsoft Tools – MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint is a must.


  • Exposure to SAP ERP as an end-user is a must.


  • Flexible and adaptable to changing business needs and requirements.


  • Must be able to work well under pressure and have a strong understanding of business process and systems.


  • Well organized and time management skills.


  • Ability to coordinate with multiple teams spread across organization.


  • Must possess strong and effective written and verbal communication & presentation skills.


  • Ability to succeed in a team environment.
