Job Description:
Deep knowledge in all CSS operational activities in order to provide remote support to any CSS depot in the network covering all CSS operations
Comply with World Courier Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) which contains all specific instructions to develop the Depot daily activities, from the moment of reception of the products until the shipment/ delivery of the products to the sites and return process if required
Carry out operational processes for depots in the network with special focus on Outbound processing, relocations and reporting, with a view to let them gain efficiency allowing the depot teams to concentrate their efforts on the core operational depot processes
Perform activities on CTM-STAR (WC´s Management Inventory system) related to any process as the Supporting Depot demands
Perform any other duties the employee has been trained for and as demanded by the Supporting Depot
