Job Description
The Country Lead - Corporate Social Responsibility India - is a key member of the Global Corporate Social Responsibility team, supporting all aspects of our work to create community impact and to protect and enhance Adobe’s reputation in local market settings.
This position will serve as a grant manager and liaison between the company and the surrounding APAC communities to promote company values of corporate citizenship through social responsibility initiatives.
Leading Adobe's 2% program, employee community programs and leading Digital Academy programing in India this highly cross-functional role requires both strategic and tactical program management, exercising collaboration and leadership through influence across the business while building and managing both internal and external partnerships. This role reports to the Global Head of Corporate Social Responsibility in the United States, and is based in Noida.
What You’llDo
Grant Strategy: Set portfolio strategy, negotiate, execute, and manage India 2% investments, acting as grantee relationship manager, to advance our Hometown Commitment in region
Serve as in-country CSR-team representative and coordinator for the India 2% philanthropic program
Drive the India 2% Committee to evaluate and foster meaningful relationships with local NGOs, nonprofits, and potential partners for community impact and opportunities, aligned with Adobe’s Purpose strategy
Review proposals and provide clear, concise, and insightful written analyses and recommendations for funding
Coordinate investment lifecycle, including tracking of invoicing and deliverables, receipt of required reports, and act as liaison with internal business partners
Partner Management: Consult with grantees and other partners to improve impact of projects and ensure investments are meeting strategy goals. This may include site visits, providing operational guidance, and convening meetings of key partners.
External Leadership: Represent the company to key program-related external constituencies, as appropriate, at nonprofit and CSR events
Internal Leadership:Design and lead employee giving opportunities, programs, community service, and/or sustainability efforts to support nonprofit partners across APAC region
Interface with employees to advance community and sustainability opportunities
Collaborate with the Employee Impact team to identify opportunities to deepen and expand employee engagement in market
Actively participatein global CSR strategy planning
Manage internal partnerships across APAC Country Leaders, D&I, Talent Development, Communications, Wellbeing, Site Councils, and to reach and engage employees, providing them with opportunities to bring about meaningful social change
Measurement: Measure and provide accurate reporting of engagements and effectiveness of programs
Works across senior leadership in India, APAC, and headquarters
Determines landscape and opportunity in market for global initiatives
Manage program budget and vendor relationships to execute programming
