Your Role and Responsibilities - Manage the Core Banking Tower for Application Support Services for an Indian Bank
- Handle all Client communication and Escalations for this tower
- Problem analysis and validation of classification.
- Work effectively with your team to troubleshoot and restore applications that are in the core banking tower
- Set up Support services such that SLA are met
- Collaborate to resolve issues across client Application / Infra etc. Team, IBM Team and 3rd Party
- Effective handling of Critical Situation in relation to Sev 1/ Severity 2 and Critical Severity 3 issues
- Work towards making the applications more efficient by implementing right monitoring services, automation and items of next gen AMS
- Build further business and ensure account profitability
- Effective handling of Critical Situation in relation to Sev 1/ Severity 2 and Critical Severity 3 issues
- Manage Service Levels effectively
- Advises clients regarding products and solutions for solving problems in the Banking Industry for Core Banking. Specialist is knowledgeable in the trends and directions of the industry, the marketplace, and the players. Specialized in broad knowledge of the banking industry and deep knowledge of clients’ businesses and how it relates to specific banking segments.

- Manage all L1/L2/L3 team members under you
- Manage Critical Situations Effectively

- Ensure Productivity in your Tower through Automation and Next Gen AMS techniques
- Generate Further Business through CRs
Required Technical and Professional Expertise
- Good Understanding of Core Banking Skills
- Advance Knowledge of Finacle and Experience in Trouble shooting Finacle and its surround Applications
- Knowledge of Fin Assure and Experience Fin Assure Configurations
- Experience in working in Finacle in the Indian Environment
- Should have handled a team > 20 in the Banking Industry
- Effective Handling of Critical Situations
- Ability to handle Stress Situations Effectively
Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise
- Knowledge and Experience in Monitoring Tools like Dynatrace
- Experience in implementing Niche state of Art solutions in Banking
