The Coordinator Non-Technical Customer Support for Beckman Coulter Diagnostics is responsible for Making available in time quotations for spare parts, service visit charges, service contracts’ proposals (AMC/CMC), Processing of P Os on time for service revenue realization with minimal errors, Monitoring of AR and regular follow up with field teams for sizeable reduction in past due AR and minimal AR from current invoicing. 


This position is part of the Service Administration (under Dx Service Org) located in Mumbai and will be on-site. At Beckman Coulter, our vision is to relentlessly reimagine healthcare, one diagnosis at a time. 


You will be a part of the Service Administration Team  and report to the Manager - Service Admin & Technical Excellence Center responsible for providing/facilitating for non-technical and technical back-end support to service and application teams in Beck Dx. In this role, you will have the opportunity to:


  • Work with different ERP Modules in Oracle and Service Max –

Such as “Coordination and Despatch of calls module”, “methodologies for spare parts booking and invoicing”, “OKS module for service contracts” etc.


  • Learn and work with different dynamics of business commercials in service and analyzing various data-sets related to service operation.
  • Understand importance of spare parts’ inventories and monitoring mechanisms.

The essential requirements of the job include:


  • Graduate / Post Graduate Qualification from University.
  • 2-3 experience in service coordination / service revenue generation.
  • Added Advantage – proficiency on any of ERP modules.

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:


  • PPT Presentations.
  • Hands On experience of PowerBI.
