Job Description

Main Duties and Responsibilities:


  • To manage change requisitions & new developments with high visibility and open channels of communication to promote smooth transitions.
  • Conduct change analysis and readiness assessments, conduct testing & evaluate results, and present findings in a logical and easy-to-understand manner.
  • Co-ordinate with Change Review Board and Tool Owners to effectively manage the change requestions along with new developments.
  • Work closely with Service Provider change and release management.
  • Responsible for Planning, Measuring and controlling the budget to obtain desired results for change requisitions and new developments
  • Responsible for integration activities including but not limited to mapping of PIM attributes with legacy ERP fields. Gap analysis & proposing changes within the system.
  • Ensure all product related documents and information is validated and updated as per applicable standard practices during system integration.
  • Support to resolve SharePoint related issues and drive new developments, co-ordinate with Internal and External Stakeholders including the third-party support team.
  • Resolve Automatic Data Extraction (ADE) tool issues and drive new developments, perform the testing in staging and production environment and provide the feedback to the External Stakeholders along with post-deployment verification of any issues in co-ordination with the Internal stakeholders.
  • Support in Product Information Management system (PIM) related updates and developments, co-ordinate with Internal & External Stakeholders and communicate the necessary information to the all the affected individuals.
  • Responsible for planning, execution and communications for SHEQ related data and documents migration activities.
  • Participate in Governance Team meetings and in requirements and design meetings, as needed.
  • Manage SHEQ applications related developments and testing.
  • Responsible for identifying impact on the existing tools and work processes.
  • Responsible for timely Communications to Internal & External Stakeholders and communicate the necessary information to the all the affected individuals.

Essential requirements


  • Minimum qualification Master’s degree in Science (Any Specialization) or Data Sciences plus related work experience of minimum 5 years.
  • Experience in chemical regulatory data management process and IT systems, preferred.
  • Understanding of and experience with emerging digital technologies and their business use case for master data management
  • Strong technical, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Detail orientated and with good time and project management skills, with ability to manage conflicting priorities.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills (English), other languages are a plus.
  • Ability to interact at all levels within the organization. Diplomacy and get the collaboration of the internal & external stakeholders.
  • Excellent IT skills, including a strong proficiency in Excel.
  • Comfortable to work in fixed & rotational shift (including night shift)
