Experience Level - Professional
10 / 12 years of experience in commercial/Fin functions.
•MIS & Performance controlling – SI Procurement.
•Coordination and controlling of the budget planning for Procurement Department, PVO, Procurement Targets (KPI’s) in alignment with Business Units & cross-functions. Monitoring and reporting on Monthly basis.
•Monthly inputs to BU Procurement – SCM Core, OPW, Pro reporting, e auctions/bidding, PTE, QES all details, LRMI, Commodity Market trend, MTM gain / loss.
•Execution of the Procurement reporting/controlling function to provide monthly management information system and to establish data transparency within defined area of responsibility.
•Adherence to and deployment of procurement reporting guidelines & KPIs and controlling tools to secure a consequent process compliance.
•Increase of transparency about Procurement activities and occurrences within area of responsibility to assist and support business challenges and processes on functional level.
•Optimization and efficiency enhancement of the controlling process under selection, development and implementation of appropriate controlling tools for the assigned area of responsibility. Leading/participating in workshops and projects to collect information and to further develop the controlling function.
•Ensure knowledge transfer, guidelines tools etc. to the assigned units and interface partners through proactive communication and lead of participation in workshop.
•Proactive & Systematic periodic KPI reviews independently with BU procurement. Escalations to be highlighted to CPO for major deviations.
•To prepare and maintain Functional allocation chart for Procurement organization and timely updates.
•Collaboration with SL SCM Governance team and SI BU’s for the central topics.
•RIC SOX Audit reviewer for SI Business units and corporate functions. Simplify control testing, documentation, and issue remediation through consistent, streamlined processes
•To support GBS for implementation of standardized methods to effectively manage and review day to day operations of processes like SMART AP, Vendor finance, Account Payables and any other relevant tools.
•Support to central SI BA colleagues for closing activities.
•Support sales order booking & closing related activities for Procurement and CVE functions.
•Update and maintain monthly business updates report on hedging and commodity trends with central Treasury Team.
Special topics:
•Vendor Finance options /Bill discounting,
•Cash flow management in alignment with BU CFOs,
•Resolving Commercial issues (e.g. GST compliances, MSME, etc.),
•Single point of contact for Supply ON / My Mall / ONE SRM and any other relevant tools.
•Single point of contact for BU CFOs.
•Internal periodic audit for data quality in QES & PO and other relevant documents.
•Commercial data analysis based on QES Dashboard/e-rfq data/SCM Core data….
•To drive/support digitalization projects for SI Procurement.
