What would you do? The Operations lead – India will work with the Global functional lead and other leaders in controllership to provide project management support in the day to day running of the function. The Operations Lead will support the Global functional lead in day to day functioning by providing operational metrics, data for decision making, governance within the leadership teams in Controllership. Oversee financial reporting and ensure integrity of all accounting principles and procedures. Manage core accounting, billing, cash and receivables processes. Ensure compliance with local and statutory tax compliance rules. The BlackLine Account Reconciliations team works on standardizing and automating all types of reconciliations, including general ledger and balance sheet account, bank, credit card, cash, inventory, investment, or any other type of reconciliation.
What are we looking for? The ideal candidate should be a graduate in finance with strong communication, and administrative skills. Collaboration within Controllership and with the larger finance/operations team is a must. Good excel, powerpoint and PBI skills are required. The candidate should have a good understanding of the Controllership operations to be able to provide relevant data to decision makers. Roles and Responsibilities: • Provide operational metrics for day to day operations. • Tracking and correlating demand, productivity, and attrition to use levers to reach our productivity goals • Program manage support to the BT team for productivity tracking on Digi Portal. • Global headcount reconciliation for one controllership and tracking to plan numbers • CR processing and POC for the CM team • Own and run the controllership allocation process • Tempo analysis and ensuring data accuracy to be able to use it for decision making and planning. • Support GPO and BT in the implementation of foundation tools • Governance within Controllership ops team.Bachelor’s degree with Finance specialization
