Controller of Examination needed in an Autonomous College in Bangalore-560091


Job Title: Controller of Examination

Location: Bangalore, India


Salary: ₹18,00,000 to ₹20,00,000 per annum


Working Hours: 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM


Background: Commerce, Management, or Computer Science


Job Description:


We are looking for a Controller of Examination to oversee UG course examinations in our autonomous college. The ideal candidate will have experience in a similar role within a college setting.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Manage examination activities for UG courses


  • Develop assessment frameworks and SOPs


  • Lead the examination team


  • Coordinate with academic departments for process innovations


Qualifications:


  • Master's degree in Commerce, Management, Computer Science, or related field


  • Minimum 15 years' administrative experience of which 8 years as Deputy Registrar or a similar role, preferably in an autonomous college


  • Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills


Preferred Qualifications:


  • Previous experience as Controller of Examination or Registrar


  • Based in Bangalore with immediate joining availability
