Job Description
As part of the Compliance Risk Assessment (CRA) program team your role as a program manager will focus on the planning, implementation and on-going support of the program to meet strategic and tactical demands. You will be joining a group of professionals responsible for program management within Control Management solving complex operational challenges, transforming business processes, introducing automation that improves efficiency, and identifying alignment opportunities.
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage and execute tasks through to completion and effectively prioritize work
- Preparation of program and meeting material, minutes and action items follow up
- Ensuring full audit trail of project deliverables is available for all undertaken tasks
- Challenge status-quo, identify and address any process, controls and operating model improvements
- Ensure key risks and issues are escalated in a timely manner and through the appropriate formal governance
- Manage regular updates to management on project and project deliverables status
- Perform requirement gathering, analysis, design, development and implementation of new capabilities
- Partner with key stakeholders to deliver creative solutions providing business value, efficiency & process improvements
- Support the design, technical development, troubleshooting and implementation of analytical tools using Alteryx, Python, and Tableau
- Collaborate with other teams to deliver solutions with a focus on Client experience
- Communicate with team members and other teams to understand program needs
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with key partners across multiple regions
Required qualifications, skills and capabilities:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
- 3+ years relevant experience financial services industry or background in financial technology
- Ability to directly address / identify conflict and obstacles and escalate as appropriate
- Knowledge of Excel, Database, Alteryx, Python, and SQL to create and support strategic initiatives
- Confluence experience as well as any kind of Workflow Implementation experience using BPMN or other tools is a big plus.
- Flexible, adaptable to shifting priorities; able to work in a fast-paced, results driven environment
- Business process re-engineering and analysis experience
- Challenging the status quo, current processes and tools to find the most efficient solution possible
