Job Summary:
The Asset & Wealth Management (AWM) Risk and Control team’s mission is to enable the proactive identification and timely remediation of risk by providing a framework, infrastructure and support system holistically encompassing the breadth and depth of risk across Asset & Wealth Management Business and Operations. We are responsible for the overall risk and control framework for Asset & Wealth Management that includes governance, regulatory response, risk mitigation, risk transformation and business intelligence. Our Business Control Officers have deep subject matter expertise, are embedded with the broader functional teams and work hub and spoke with stakeholder teams and other pillars of our risk and control team to help carry out the consistency of the framework while promoting the continued evolution of a more advanced risk and control approach. We partner with Business, Operations, Technology and Business leadership to take the best of what we do, within and across LOBs, and promote deliberate cross-pollination, lessons learned, and promote control initiatives to help promote risk reduction. We serve the broader organization in a collaborative fashion, with a mindset to “serve and protect” and ensure a “design for control” oriented approach in all that we do.
As a Control Management Associate Specialist within the Asset Wealth Management Risk and Control team, you will be facilitating the early detection and prompt resolution of risk by establishing a framework, infrastructure, and support system. Your responsibilities will encompass the comprehensive risk and control framework for Asset Wealth Management, which includes governance, regulatory response, risk mitigation, risk transformation, and business intelligence. You will collaborate with Business, Operations, Technology, and Business leadership to promote risk reduction and guarantee a 'design for control' oriented approach in all our operations.
