As a Controls Analyst in our Finance team, you will spend each day defining, refining and delivering set goals for our firm. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining a centralized hub for all Controls MIS and reporting.


Job Responsibilities 


  • Daily, weekly and monthly Controls reporting.
  • Creation of MIS and Governance material including analysis and cleansing.
  • Support the implementation of Control Framework.
  • Partner closely and effectively with teams across various locations to deliver high quality data.
  • Drive progress through effective escalation of issues and concerns.
  • Maintain high quality BAU output

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills


  • Analytical with good problem-solving skills. Good communication skills to be able to manage and respond to stakeholder queries across the globe.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to interact with teams across various locations.
  • Function effectively in a dynamic environment with tight deadlines and should be able to prioritize one's own work to achieve them.
  • Flexibility to work global hours. Ability to adapt to a changing environment. 
  • Ability to multi-task, identify high priority deliverables and excellent execution style.
  • Attention to detail. Ability to work independently. Process improvement experience. Operational excellence.
  • Ability to deliver high quality work within strict deadlines.
  • Ability to analyze complex information and extract required information. Effective time management.
  • Strong working knowledge of MS Office applications. In specific, Intermediate Excel skills (example: should be able to use VLOOKUP, create pivots, charts, paste special) and PowerPoint skills (example: manage Hyperlinks, customize color schemes, create/import charts).

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills


  • Experience on Tableau, Alteryx and Other Intelligence tool.
  • Proficient in Excel VBA
  • Any Bachelor degree with 6 years of financial services work experience. Experience in Banking Risk & Control domain will be an added advantage.
