Job Description

Roles and responsibilities:


  • Review/assess/assist/draft/revise commercial contracts for crane leasing, renewable solutions, tenders, projects ensuring that terms, conditions, and clauses align with business goals and legal requirements.
  • Ensure that all contract commitments, including project scope, technical specifications, and commercial terms, are clearly communicated, and understood by all stakeholders.
  • Identify and address potential risks in contract terms, such as payment schedules, warranties, liabilities, and performance guarantees.
  • For tenders, review the contract, prepare the checklist/synopsis on requirements (EMD/tender fees/PAN/TAN etc.) and share it with the Sales lead along with the qualification criteria.
  • Proactively collaborate with key internal stakeholders to ensure timely and efficient completion of all necessary documentation and procedures including uploads document on the websites.
  • For Tenders, download the bank guarantee draft from the customer's portal. fill it and share it with the post-sales lead
  • Prepare draft of bank guarantee and tender AMC invoice and get it reviewed by the Sales lead
  • Liasoning with internal functional areas (operations, legal, finance, logistic etc.) and other functions, ensuring accurate documentation, compliance to governance and internal SOP requirements.
  • Creation and updating of management reports as per the timelines.
  • Follow the SOP's and process and support head system and sales team with required information for the sales performance review.
  • Participate in internal daily cadence to discuss days agenda and follow ups.
  • Assist new team members through buddy program.

  • Proficiency in tender management [end to end tender process documentation, uploading into the system]
