Could you be the full-time Continuous Improvement Manager in Bangalore we’re looking for?


Your future role


Take on a new challenge and apply your strategic and analytical expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside innovative, supportive, and driven teammates.


You'll lead the enhancement of procurement processes and tools, ensuring digital transformation across Regions, Product Lines & Domains. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (Procurement, IT, Supply Chain), spearhead performance management, and much more.


You’ll specifically take care of aligning procurement strategies with Alstom's overall goals, but also oversee the implementation of continuous improvement initiatives.


We’ll look to you for:


  • Guiding the Procurement Maturity roadmap within your domain


  • Ensuring compliance and efficient use of procurement processes and tools


  • Driving performance management and KPI analysis to inform action plans


  • Facilitating APSYS Procurement audit preparations and follow-ups


  • Promoting process enhancements to improve efficiency


  • Championing change management in procurement methodologies

  • Master’s degree in General Management, IT, Supply Chain, or Purchasing/Sourcing


  • Experience or understanding of project management or procurement


  • Knowledge of finance, supply chain, quality, and project management


  • Familiarity with continuous improvement principles; Kaizen background is a plus


  • A certification in procurement or supply chain management.


  • Fluency in English and an international mindset


  • Proven leadership skills and the ability to drive change
