We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Lead Consultant Specialist
In this role, you will:
- Architect, design, configure and maintain CCI infrastructure
- Ability to run an INC P1/P2/P3 towards closure and provide updates to senior management.
- Collaborate with global & cross-functional teams to ensure seamless collaboration and operations (Follow The sun)
- Audit and find gaps in the Architecture/system & fix them proactively to ensure 100% resilience end to end
- Develop and implement best practices for CCI Operations and document architecture updates and upkeeps for changes.
- Review Change Requests and Problem Records technically and ensure accuracy both from process/technical perspective & implement the same in time without issues
- Provide operational updates & report the status on projects/activities and KPI adherence proactively as per HSBC policies- Daily/Weekly and monthly. Ensure Accuracy of Data presented in the Dashboards/Report
- Hands on approach on critical and transformation projects & detail level planning to ensure best practices are adhered.
- Focus on process adherence & ensure technical governance
