Position Title:- Consumer Insights Manager


Role and Responsibilities:-


Business Problem Identification:


  • Work closely with key stakeholders to understand critical business challenges and objectives.


  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, product, operations) to frame customer insights within the context of solving business problems.


  • Align customer data and research initiatives with broader company strategies and KPIs


Market Research:


  • Conduct in-depth consumer research to understand their needs, preferences, and behaviors.


  • Transform raw data into meaningful insights that inform business strategies, identifying root causes of business issues and potential solutions.


  • Utilize market research tools and techniques to gather valuable data


Competitive Analysis:


  • Track competitor activities and analyze their marketing strategies.


  • Identify competitive advantages and opportunities for differentiation


Customer Journey Mapping:


  • Map the customer journey from awareness to purchase and post-purchase o Identify pain points and opportunities to enhance the customer experience.


Consumer Insights:


  • Analyze consumer data to gain valuable insights and inform marketing campaigns.


Strategic Recommendations:


  • Provide clear, actionable recommendations based on customer insights to solve identified business problems, improve customer satisfaction, and drive business growth.


Experience and Qualification:-


  • 5+ years of experience in consumer marketing or a related field.


  • MBA in Marketing or a related field is preferred.


  • Hand’s on with conducting research and data analysis.


  • Proven track record of successful consumer marketing campaigns.


  • Experience in conducting market research and data analysis.


  • Good understanding of consumer psychology and behavior.
