Responsibilities
❑ Manage the development and optimization of OpenAI-powered solutions, leveraging Python and prompt engineering to enhance capabilities.
❑ Design and implement insightful visual dashboards using Power BI to enable data-driven decision-making.
❑ Lead and manage project, ensuring excellence in execution and delivery
❑ Manage day-to-day project delivery, working closely with analysts to drive results.
❑ Gather, define, and manage project requirements effectively.
❑ Collaborate with cross-functionalteams and stakeholders for seamless execution.
❑ Develop and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring deliverables meet expectations in scope, speed, and quality.
❑ Identify opportunities for process improvement, driving efficiency and innovation through new ideas and implementation strategies.
❑ Mentor and upskill team members, fostering continuous learning in advanced analytics tools and techniques.
❑ Stay updated with the latest advancements in OpenAI and Azure services, integrating innovations into our solutions.
Key Qualities
❑ Expertise in SQL, Python, and Power BI to analyse and manipulate data, automate tasks, and create impactful visualizations.
❑ Experience working with diverse datasets, including structured and unstructured data.
❑ Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, with strong data presentation skills.
❑ Strong analytical mindset, capable of breaking down complex problems into actionable solutions.
❑ Hands-on experience managing end-to-end IT project delivery, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
❑ Solid understanding of project management principles, including requirement gathering, project lifecycle, stakeholder engagement, and resource management.
❑ Consultative approach, leveraging diverse perspectives and industry best practices to enhance project outcomes
Qualifications: 1-2 years of relevant work experience with Masters/MBA from premium B-Schools
