Join us at AstraZeneca as a Consultant - SFDC, where you will have the opportunity to work on the development and support of the SFDC application. This role is perfect for someone who is eager to reduce redundant work, learn new technologies, and collaborate with our team in Chennai.
Accountabilities:
As a Consultant - SFDC, you will bring your 5+ years of DevOps experience, including 4+ years of Salesforce experience, to lead the resolution of critical technical issues. You will provide proactive support, serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in Salesforce Support, and create knowledge base materials dedicated towards operational efficiency. You will also assist developers in troubleshooting, integrating with Salesforce APIs, Apex, Visualforce, and other Salesforce developer products.
Essential Skills/Experience:
- Hands-on experience as a Salesforce Admin/ Consultant to solve complex technical programs.
- Strong LWC and Apex experience, to solve integration & debugging issues.
- A passion for engaging with customers & helping tackle complex problems.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Demonstrated analysis, problem-solving and skills troubleshooting expertise.
- Good knowledge in programming skills in languages such as SQL, JavaScript, and Apex.
- Knowledge of Salesforce Health cloud/ service cloud.
- Familiarity with modern development practices and the software development life cycle.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines and produce quality results under pressure.
