What You’ll Do:
- Manages complex projects and/or programs that align with the client expectations and business needs. Projects may include multiple disciplines and/or significant business process re-engineering efforts.
- Analyze and review technical documents and artifacts, including business requirements, testing documentation, and system-related materials.
- Identify key information and issues based on specific instructions and problem-solving frameworks.
- Provide technical insights and help solve issues in documentation that may arise during the systems development lifecycle.
- Ensure that all research and analysis are aligned with the overall business and system requirements.
- Draft reports and highly technical memos on research findings, documenting the problem-solving process and outcomes.

What You Will Need To Succeed
- Bachelor’s degree in a technical field (e.g., computer science, information systems, or engineering) with strong academic performance.
- At least 3-5 years of relevant experience in a consulting, professional services firm, or combination with industry experience in a similar role. Candidate with more years of experience may be considered for Director position.
- Perform with utmost professionalism (e.g., be prompt and timely).
- Experience drafting professional length and quality reports, memorandums, etc.
- Ability to read and analyze complex technical documents and identify key insights.
- Basic understanding of systems development processes and artifact creation.
- Strong problem-solving mindset and a technical approach to research.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to write clear and concise technical reports or memos.
- Expertise with MS Word (including using styles, table of contents, etc.) and other MS Office tools.
- Analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Have experience, and is comfortable with, engaging directly with clients
- Attention to detail and ability to follow specific instructions.
